• Supplemental Figure 1 - Supplemental Figure 1. Comparison of FLC expression in suf3and tfl2 in Col backgrounds. The suf showed decrease but the tfl2 showed no difference in FLC transcript level compared to Col. Total RNA was extracted from 10 day old plants and transcript level was determined by RT-PCR.
